This two-person unit is an extra add on from our gym memberships. Sauna packages are only available for members at this time.

Experience a true spa-like session in our sauna room! This sauna is equipped with several different lighting options, Bluetooth speakers, and a heater with rocks so you can create steam if you wish. Add Young Living essential oils like lavender, or eucalyptus!

The Sauna room is stocked with clean towels, water, and cool moist face towels.

Dry sauna therapy has been studied and shown to:
