We are happy to have Rachel as part of our experienced, and friendly team! Rachel is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She has been with us since our first year of opening in 2021.
Rachel offers 1:1 training, teaches our “Strength For Life” group fitness class, and offers nutritional guidance/coaching.

Jennifer knapp
Jennifer has been with Live Well Fitness since our beginning! She is a huge part of our success, and is regarded as a bubly, energetic, and enthusiastic instructor! She is POUND pro certified, AMPD certified, and Barre certified.
She offers a variety of classes
melanie stallman
Melanie is our certified yoga instructor. She obtained her RYT-200 Hour certification in 2021 in all styles of yoga.
She is a member of yoga alliance-

Melanie currently teaches vinyasa flow class on sunday’s at 9 am.
